SHIPPING POLICY

As I am a small business and I make everything on my own please allow 5-7 days before shipping.

I will ship your order as soon as I can :)

 

Express shipping is available within Australia

Orders over $100 will receive free Standard Shipping (within Australia). ​

​

Please note: If your address is entered incorrectly and you do not notify us before your order is sent, you will have to pay for new postage for your order to be sent out to the correct address.

Return & Exchange Policy

PRODUCTS IN STOCK

If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for a store credit. The item/s must be in perfect unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded or paid for when returning your product.

Refunds will only be given if the product is faulty

 

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.​

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

As these items are custom made there are no refunds or returns available.

If the product is faulty, then it will be fixed and returned. The item/s must be in perfect unused condition. 

 

There are no store credits available for these items, sorry.
